Yesterday we baked ginger bread cookies. It's Estonian tradition to bake ginger bread cookies at Christmas time. Jacob was very exited and eager to help. Baking cookies is so much fun!
Jacob was cutting funny shapes with cookie cutters and placed them all neat and nice on the tray, ready to go in the oven.
First tray-full was for testing of course. It was hard to stop eating. Just like Cookie Monster from Sesame Street!
We made a lot of cookies that day! Plenty for everybody!
